When you lose all your remaining teeth you lose confidence.
The lower jaw teeth are the worst ones to lose. The lower denture is very loose. Patients are commonly unhappy. Just think of the lower teeth shaking right and left. Upper dentures are pretty good, people look great with them but not on the bottom/lower jaw.
I recommend 2-4 dental implants on the bottom/lower jaw to stabilize a lower denture. I have had patients crying because there are teeth were so much better with this technique!
